UniFi-nitely Better: Setting Up My New Home Network.

I live in an old house. The internal walls seem to be about 20m thick, which causes any conventional mesh network to struggle.
For the last couple of years, we've been using a system comprised of TP-Link Deco P9s, which utlise Powerline to transfer data. However, it became unreliable, and inexplicably chose not to use Powerline 90% of the time, leaving us back where we started.
Couple this with the (very slow) arrival of a fibre connection, we needed to up our networking game!
After reading about UniFi online, I started researching, and planning.
